Summary

NetSupport DNA 1.01 Service Pack 4 has now been released, this Service pack includes all the updates provided in DNA Service pack 1, DNA Service pack 2 and DNA Service Pack 3. Details of updates provided in Service pack 4 are listed below. This service pack is for the English Language NetSupport DNA Product for the German Language Service pack 4 click here

Details

To install this service pack,

  1. Download the File DNA101SP4.EXE (link at the bottom of this page)
  2. Install this Service pack on you DNA Server by running the DNA101SP4.EXE file.
  3. Run this file on any machine with a DNA Console.
  4. To install this update on machines running the NetSupport DNA Client you can either:
    Run the DNA101SP4.EXE file at each DNA Client Machine,
    OR
    Deploy a DNA Client to the machines using the Client Discovery and Deploy utility from an Updated DNA Console.

NOTE
When Installing the DNA Service pack the NetSupport DNA Server and NetSupport DNA Client services are stopped and restarted. Therefore any Consoles or Clients attached to the DNA Server will temporarily lose their connection
