NetSupport DNA 1.01 Service Pack 4 (German) has now been released. Details of updates provided in Service pack 4 are listed below. This service pack is for the German Language NetSupport DNA Product for the English Language Service pack 4 click here
Details
To install this service pack,
- Download the File DNASP4DE.EXE (link at the bottom of this page)
- Install this Service pack on you DNA Server by running the DNASP4DE.EXE file.
- Run this file on any machine with a DNA Console.
- To install this update on machines running the NetSupport DNA Client you can either:
Run the DNASP4DE.EXE file at each DNA Client Machine,
OR
Deploy a DNA Client to the machines using the Client Discovery and Deploy utility from an Updated DNA Console.
NOTE
When Installing the DNA Service pack the NetSupport DNA Server and NetSupport DNA Client services are stopped and restarted. Therefore any Consoles or Clients attached to the DNA Server will temporarily lose their connection

Software Distribution
- Software Distribution fix for package distribution to non -UK/US platforms.(TD435)
Deploy
- Corrects a potential problem verifying user credentials during client deployment to non-UK/US platforms.(TD436)
- Client deployment package contains alternate detection method for client MAC address.
