Summary
It has been brought to our attention that there is a problem with the NetSupport DNA Server Service goes into a non-Responsive state resulting in Consoles not being able to log into the Server via a Console.
Details
The Server has multiple threads that collect information from the Clients. There was a problem with the syncronisation code in these threads. This caused the Server to become non-responsive.
In order to resolve this issue, please follow the below instructions
1. Stop the DNA Server Service
2. Go into C:\Program Files\NetSupport DNA\DNA\Server
3. Rename the DNANet.dll file to DNANet.old
4. Extract the attached DNANet.dll file into the Server directory
5. Restart the DNA Server Service
